Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with FLYGRIP INC or purchasing FLYGRIP INC products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with FLYGRIP INC. or to purchase FLYGRIP INC. products. 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident that you will be happy with your Flygrip purchase, that we provide 60 days for you to determine if Flygrip is right for you. If you decide that Flygrip is not for you, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let us know that you want to return your purchase. We will send you an RMA letter and return label (as long as you fill out the short questionnaire). You will be refunded the full purchase price including the basic shipping of $3.99 for First class mail. If you originally purchased using a more expensive shipping method, then you will have to absorb that additional shipping fee. Some shipping methods are upward of $25 for next day service or some international methods. We are proud to provide this sort of Guarantee as we want to make sure all our users are happy with their purchase.

FLYGRIP INC. does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. FLYGRIP INC. does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
FLYGRIP INC. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if FLYGRIP INC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In the event that a FLYGRIP INC. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, FLYGRIP INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FLYGRIP INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FLYGRIP INC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by FLYGRIP INC. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
FLYGRIP INC. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to FLYGRIP INC. Price may be subject to change prior to notice.
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New York, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of FLYGRIP INC. products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of FLYGRIP INC. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. FLYGRIP INC.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. FLYGRIP INC. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a FLYGRIP INC. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
FLYGRIP INC. does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, FLYGRIP INC. is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, FLYGRIP INC. reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to FLYGRIP INC. in its sole discretion.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FLYGRIP INC., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, FLYGRIP INC. may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with FLYGRIP INC., FLYGRIP INC. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of FLYGRIP INC.. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, FLYGRIP INC. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
NOTE: ALL CARRIERS ARE NOT PERFECT. They often provide delivery timelines that are just estimations. Fedex is more reliable than USPS, but both are not guaranteed in terms of their service. Fedex offers the ability to recoup shipping costs if they fail to meet their estimated times, so there is an incentive to expect Fedex would be more reliable.
For USA, we ship using US Postal Service with tracking for first class (2-10 days / usually about 2-4 days on average), priority mail (2-3 days) and express mail (1-2 day). These time are just estimations.
Delivery is out of our control. If your shipment is delayed or lost by USPS or any other carrier, we are not responsible. We will help recover your package and do everything in our ability to rectify the situation, but it is ultimately USPS's (or other carriers) responsibility to deliver your package. All carriers have their own insurance policies. We ship Monday Through Friday. Our cutoff each day is around 1-2pm EST as USPS comes to pick up around 3pm.
For International Shipping (explained)
Due to high cost for traceable international shipping. We offer 3 ways to ship Internationally.
Fastest, safest and most expensive: We use Fedex Intl Priority,UPS INTL,and DHL: which usually takes about 2-4 days. Customs may delay your package, and it is possible that some countries will charge you a duties tax. From our experience, the UK is the only country so far that seems to charge a duties fee. Your country's duties and taxes are out of our control, so please contact your local governments for the fees that will apply to your order.
To ship internationally WITHOUT a case
The least expensive way to ship a Flygrip internationally is to take it's contents out of our normal retail box, and put inside a #10 envelope. We then hand write the envelope and place the postage on. We found that your country's customs department will pass letter mail through the system faster than packages and less likely to check if the shipment is a product. Usually products from companies will take longer because they inspect the package.
To ship this method, we can not include a case because it will make the letter envelope too thick and will cost more. If you have a case in your shopping cart, please remove it and checkout. If it is not removed, we will email you explaining the situation that we mention here. If you do not respond to the email, we will ship within 7 days without a case.
The good news, is the shipping is only $3.99 to ship internationally. The downside is that there is no tracking available with this method. There is no guarantee as to when it will arrive. USPS gives no guarantee as to when it will arrive. Our experience is that is varies from 5-30 days. USPS says it could take 60 days or more. If you choose this method, please understand that there is nothing we can do to recover a package that is lost. That is why we recommend Fedex, but of course, that does cost more. We have been relatively successful shipping this way since August 2013.
To ship internationally WITH a case
The least expensive way to ship a Flygrip with the free case is to ship using USPS International First Class Mail. Again, there is no tracking available using this method. There is no guarantee as to when it will arrive. USPS gives no guarantee as to when it will arrive. Our experience is that is varies from 5-30 days. USPS says it could take 60 days or more. If you choose this method, please understand that there is nothing we can do to recover a package that is lost. That is why we recommend Fedex, but of course, that does cost more. We have been relatively successful shipping this way since August 2013.
The cost for shipping this way is $9.50
It is up to you if you want to take the small risk that the package can take over 60 days to reach you by using these lower cost methods. We are always open to different way to ship, so if you have a better way, please let us know. Thanks
